In celebration of CARES’s 20th Anniversary and our true belief in Sacramento’s abilities, we’re making a bold resolution, the first of its kind in the nation:We are striving for no new cases of HIV diagnosed in Sacramento in five years. The destruction caused by this epidemic must end. The first step to beating AIDS is stopping new HIV infections. We can’t do it alone, join our campaign and make a remarkable difference in the community!
