Successful use of evidence-based best practices in all areas to deliver comprehensive HIV specialty and primary care. Meet or exceed published national guidelines and benchmarks of quality care.
Integrate research into mission and operations at all levels. Increase awareness of staff and client of available clinical trials.
Increase client referrals to clinical trials.
Provide training and education to clients, healthcare providers, and the general community. CARES is recognized as a regional resource for HIV education and training.

Implement an aggressive fund development effort. Increased donor knowledge, support, and participation.

Retain clients in care. Achievement of targeted retention in care goals.
